Bits 'n' Pieces...
Address Book
(DOS)
Ever wanted a dead simple address book? Here it is.

Copy the w31maycd\software\windows_\bits\addr_bk folder to your hard disk and run the program phone.exe from there.

STD Decoder
v5 (demo)
Get the latest 1998 searchable database of UK and International telephone codes – this is a brilliant little program, informing you whereabouts people and companies are located by their telephone number, possibly saving you money, and just plain fun.

STD Decoder will tell you the general location of a prefix you key in, or, if you key in a place name, you get the prefix. With the area code in hand, entering the first three digits of the phone number gives you the neighbourhood.

The demo version gives you access to only part of the full database.
